本次訂房感覺糟透了??。預訂酒店房費含早一份，9點不到去用餐被酒店告知不含早。給酒店前臺看英文版的含早預訂確認書，酒店前臺服務説要聯系經理，經理來處理，看了確認書根本不認可，直接拒絕，説酒店沒有收到預訂方給的早餐費用。無語??！讓我聯系預訂方，聯系的結果到10:10説處理好了，我再次去前臺，依然兩個字：拒絕！説沒收到任何通知。按耐不住的情緒啊氣憤！再次聯系預訂方客服，説10:35前解決雙份早餐的賠償方案，現在10:31分，坐等！總之，過程賊鬧心！就一個早餐，早沒心情吃了！

我住的的那個房間，淋浴間，洗澡只有一個花灑，沒有水龍頭，有點不便。室內空調聲音巨響。服務什么的都不錯。打掃的也乾凈

My stay at EVEN Hotel Brooklyn was generally comfortable, though there are a few things to note. The hotel is in a very convenient location with many eateries nearby, and several train lines within a short walk, making it easy to travel to any part of New York City. The neighbourhood felt safe overall, despite a shooting incident that took place nearby during our stay.
The room itself was not super clean, and it contained several exercise equipment items, which may not suit everyone. While the concept is unique, it made the room feel a bit cluttered.
That said, the hotel’s surroundings and accessibility remain its strongest points. It is a practical option if you value convenience and easy access to transport and food choices.
